In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1) of
the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised of the following:
PIC has notified Oceana that its beneficial interest in Oceana has increased from
4.878% to 9.374% of the total issued share capital of Oceana, further to the
unbundling by Tiger Brands Limited of their entire shareholding in Oceana.
