CLN314 issued by The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited will
be partially de-listed in the amount of ZAR700,000 (the
"Redeemed Portion") by the JSE Limited effective on or about
15 May 2019. The partial de-listing of the Note is due to the
fact that Standard Bank, as the issuer thereof, has repurchased
and owns the Redeemed Portion. The remaining Aggregate Nominal
Amount of CLN314 in issue is ZAR274,300,000. The "pay date" (as
such term is defined in the Debt Listings Requirements) was
30 April 2019.
