RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mrs Neo Phakama Dongwana has resigned as a non-executive director of
the Company with effect from 7 May 2019, due to other business
commitments. Mrs Dongwana has been a Board Member since March 2011
and the Chairperson of the Social and Ethics Committee since August
2011.
The Board thanks Mrs Dongwana for her contribution and wishes her
well for the future.
