RELEASE OF PROSPECTUS AND OFFER
The Company is pleased to announce that it released the prospectus for the Initial Public Offering on
the Australian Stock Exchange on 8 May 2019. Furthermore, the Offer opened today to the Australian
public. (The Offer, is available only to Australian and New Zealand residents accessing the website
within Australia or New Zealand).
"This is a very large milestone achieved, and we look forward to being quoted on both exchanges as
the Company develops its helium and natural gas deposits," said CEO Stefano Marani.
