In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 ("the Act"), and paragraph
3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, holders of ordinary shares in Ascendis Health are advised
that Gane Holdings Proprietary Limited has disposed of Ascendis Health ordinary shares, such that its
beneficial interest in Ascendis Health now amounts to 14.02% of the total number of ordinary shares
in issue.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required notices with
the Takeover Regulation Panel.
