Neither the audited annual financial statements nor the audit report, contain any modifications to the
provisional audited financial results for the year ended 29 February 2016, which were released on SENS on
20 March 2019.
Notice of the Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of shareholders will be held at the
Lemoenkloof Conference Centre (at Lemoenkloof Guest House & Conference Centre), corner of Main and
Malan Roads, Paarl, Cape Province at 10:00 on 6 June 2019 (the "AGM"). The salient dates relevant to the
AGM are set out below:
