TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES IN BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN SECURITIES
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 13 May 2019 and are advised that in accordance
with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 ("the Companies Act"), Regulation 121(2)(b) of the
Companies Act Regulations 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, Resilient has received
notification that:
- The Siyakha Education Trust increased and subsequently decreased its beneficial interest in Resilient shares
to 0%; and
- The Siyakha 1 Education Trust has increased its beneficial interest in Resilient shares to 12.28%.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, the Company has filed the required notices with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.
