RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are advised that Adri Els has resigned as company secretary of EOH with effect from 14 June 2019. Adri
took on the role of company secretary to EOH in June 2006 and the board of directors would like to thank Adri for her
contribution to the Company over the years and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
EOH has embarked on a process to find a suitable replacement and an announcement in respect of the appointment of a
new company secretary will be made in due course.
