PKF Octagon have been appointed Group Company Secretary of Capital Appreciation
Limited with effect from 10 May 2019 in place of Crowe Horwath who tendered their
resignation.
Mr Peter Katz, now a consultant at PKF Octagon, will accordingly continue to act as
Secretary to the Group.
