RESULTS OF ATLATSA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
May 17, 2019, Johannesburg: Atlatsa Resources Corporation ("Atlatsa" or the "Company")
(TSX: ATL; JSE: ATL) refers shareholders to the notice of Annual General Meeting of
shareholders filed on SEDAR on Monday, April 15, 2019.
Atlatsa is pleased to announce that all the nominees listed in its management information circular
dated April 11, 2019 (the "Circular") were elected as directors of the Company at the annual
general meeting held on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 (the "Meeting"). The results of the vote are
set out below:
