DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008 as amended and paragraph
3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that ADvTECH
has received formal notification in the prescribed form that the collective interest in the securities of
the Company held by the Coronation Group on behalf of its Clients, has increased such that its total
interest in the securities of ADvTECH collectively has increased from 19.12% to 20.19% of the total
issued securities of that class in the ordinary share capital of the Company.
