NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF AUDIT FIRM
Shareholders are notified of the resignation of the external audit services provided by
PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. ("PWC") with effect from 21 May 2019. The Company has increasingly
been managing cash flows and has negotiated a lower audit fee with another firm of auditors.
The Company will issue a further announcement to disclose the appointment of the new audit firm once
the appointment has been finalised. The Accentuate board of directors would like to thank PwC for their
services to the Company.
