CHANGE TO FUNCTION ON THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise that Dr Hassen Adams ("Dr
Adams") has elected to step down as executive chairman of the Company with effect from
30 June 2019 and will assume the role of non-executive chairman from 1 July 2019.
GPI thanks Dr Adams, one of the founding members of GPI, for his vision, foresight and
contribution over the years. The Board wishes him well in his new role and looks forward to
his continued guidance.
