In accordance with Section 122(1) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended, and paragraph
3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, MOTUS' shareholders are advised that Lazard Asset
Management has notified the Company that it has, on behalf of its underlying clients, disposed of securities
of the Company, such that the total beneficial interest held in MOTUS' ordinary shares is currently 9.98%
of the total issued securities of the same class.
