FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 10 April 2019 relating to enX's ownership
interest in its fleet management business, Eqstra Fleet Management and Logistics (‘EFML'),
shareholders are advised that the process which may result in the divestment of EFML in
whole or in part, remains ongoing.
Shareholders are also advised that the board of directors of enX is reviewing other strategic
opportunities to maximise stakeholder value.
If either of the above processes are successfully concluded, it may have a material effect on
the price of enX securities. Shareholders of enX should accordingly continue to exercise
caution when dealing in their enX securities until a full or further announcement is made.
