UPDATE IN RESPECT OF THE DISTRIBUTION OF A CIRCULAR TO SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS dated 29 March 2019, in which
shareholders were advised that, inter alia, Ecsponent had concluded an agreement with MyBucks
S.A ("MyBucks") for the acquisition of additional shares in MyBucks ("the Proposed Transaction").
The Proposed Transaction constitutes a reverse take-over and accordingly requires the dispatch of
a circular to shareholders ("the Circular').
Shareholders are advised that, given the size and complexity of the Circular, specifically the
requirements of the JSE Listings Requirements necessitating a review of the historic financial
information of MyBucks by a South African reporting accountant, a delay has been encountered.
The JSE has, upon written request by the Company, granted the Company an extension for the
distribution of the Circular, which is expected to be posted on or before 30 July 2019.
