NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF AUDIT FIRM
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement published on 21 May 2019 wherein
they were advised that PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. had resigned as external Auditors to
Accentuate.
The Board of directors of the Company have unanimously agreed to accept the Audit
Committee's recommendation to appoint Moore Stephens Inc. ("Moore Stephens") as the
Company's external auditors with effect from today, 24 May 2019. Ms. Candice Whitefield of
Moore Stephens is the designated individual registered auditor who shall undertake future
audits.
