NOTICE OF AN ACQUISITION OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN METAIR SECURITIES
In accordance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended, and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Metair shareholders are advised that the
Company has received notification that Value Capital Partners Proprietary Limited ("VCP"), who are the
advisors to Legae Peresec Fund Platform Proprietary Limited (the registered fund investment manager
for various funds advised by VCP), has acquired a beneficial interest in Metair securities (the
"Acquisition").
Following the Acquisition, VCP now holds 16.56% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
