CHANGES TO THE BOARD COMMITTEES
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Merafe shareholders are
advised of the following changes to the Company's board committees with effect from 24 May 2019:
- Mr Abiel Mngomezulu, an independent non-executive member of the Board, has been appointed
as a member of the Social, Ethics and Transformation Committee; and
- Mr Jeffery Mclaughlan, an independent non-executive member of the Board, has been appointed
as a member of the Remuneration and Nomination committee and chairman of the Remuneration
Committee.
The Board wishes the directors well in their new roles.
