LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWFUNDS EQUITY MOMENTUM EXCHANGE TRADED FUND
PARTICIPATORY INTERESTS
Following the creation of 2,640,250 (two million six hundred and forty thousand two hundred and fifty)
NewFunds Equity Momentum Exchange Traded Fund ("Momentum ETF") participatory interests,
NewFunds has, from commencement of business today, issued an additional 2,640,250 Momentum ETFs
at a price of 32.00 per unit, which will be listed on the JSE Limited.
After the listing there will be 5,290,250 participatory interests in issue.
