CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise that Mr Francois Marais, will retire
as the non-executive chairman of the Company with immediate effect for personal reasons.
Dr Philip Snyman, a current independent non-executive director and former chairman of
Safari, will be reappointed as chairman of the Company with immediate effect. Safari has a
strong and experienced executive team which will continue running the Company, and
business will continue as normal.
The Board would like to thank Mr Marais for his valuable contribution to the Company and
wishes him well in his retirement.
