CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that due to increased business commitments, Sipho Pityana has resigned from the board
of directors of OneLogix ("the Board") as an independent non-executive director and chairman of the Board at the
board meeting held today, 28 May 2019.
Lesego Sennelo, currently an independent non-executive director, will replace Sipho as the chairperson of the Board
of OneLogix effective immediately.
The Board thanks Sipho for his valuable contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
