PROPRIETARY LIMITED ("AM ASSOCIATES")
Shareholders are referred to the previous announcement published on SENS dated 10 April
2019 and are hereby advised that discussions with Zigzag and AM Associates are ongoing.
A new agreement is expected to be signed on similar terms as previously announced. The
Company has not pursued discussions with the second interested investor.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in their
Visual securities until a full announcement is made.
