RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Shareholders are advised that Imraan Suleman has resigned as the CFO of Arrowhead. This follows an instance of the
unauthorised use of company resources. The board is satisfied that the issues identified have no financial implications for
the Company and in no way go to the content or integrity of the company's financial results. Arend de Kock has been
appointed acting Chief Financial Officer in the interim.
