ISSUE OF IBL129 SENIOR UNSECURED FLOATING RATE NOTES ("IBL129 NOTES")
Application has been made to the JSE Limited ("JSE") for the listing of R100 000 000 (one
hundred million Rand) senior unsecured floating rate IBL129 Notes, under Investec Bank
Limited's Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share Programme dated 10
December 2018.
The IBL 129 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being 30 May 2019
with effect from commencement of trade.
