APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 15 May 2019, wherein shareholders were
advised of the resignation of the current company secretary effective 14 June 2019.
Shareholders are advised that EOH Secretarial Services Proprietary Limited, represented by Neill Patrick
O'Brien, has been appointed as EOH's company secretary, with effect from 15 June 2019.
Mr. O'Brien's previous experience includes 15 years at Nampak Limited as group executive for Legal and
Secretarial and 9 years as a legal adviser at AECI Limited. He has vast experience in legal, company secretarial
and insurance fields.
The Board welcomes Neill and is pleased to add his significant experience to the EOH team.
