Shareholders are refered to the various cautionary announcements the last being on 11 April
2019.
Shareholders are advised that discussions to acquire Wepex Geotechnical (Pty) Limited
("Wepex") and Makgarapa products (Pty) Limited ("Makgarapa") have been terminated.
Shareholders are advised that caution is no longer required to be exercised when dealing in the
Company's securities.
