RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the JSE Limited Listings requirements, the board of
directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise that Ms N Mjoli-Mncube will resign as an
independent non-executive directors and chairman of the Company with effect from 31 May 2019
due to personal reasons.
The Board would like to express sincere gratitude to Ms N Majoli-Mncube for her input and valuable
contribution to the Company over the period of her tenure.
The Board has commenced the process to appoint a new chairman and shareholders will be advised
once an appointment has been made.
