Further to the announcement released by Stellar Capital on the
Stock Exchange News Service on 3 May 2019, shareholders are
advised that the 600 Cumulative Convertible Redeemable
Preference Shares issued at R1 million each on 30 November
2015 have been redeemed by Stellar Capital in full and
cancelled effective today, 31 May 2019.
