ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT IN TERMS OF THE ACT
In accordance with paragraph 16.21(g) and Appendix 1 to Section 11 of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, notice is hereby given that the Company's annual compliance report
in terms of section 13G(2) of the Act has been published and is available on the Company's
website at http://www.zeder.co.za/B-BBEE-certificate-Nov-2018.pdf.
CHANGES TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE AUDIT AND RISK COMMITTEE
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are hereby advised that:
• as a result of his recent appointment as chairman of the Company's board of directors,
Mr CA Otto has stepped down as chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee with
immediate effect, but shall remain a member of the Audit and Risk Committee; and
• Mr RM Jansen has been appointed as chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee with
immediate effect.
