as Company Secretary of the Company, which resignation will be effective from
31 July 2019.
The board of directors of Spur Corporation thanks Nazrana for her service and
wishes her well in her future endeavours.
Shareholders will be advised of the appointment of Ms Hawa's successor in due
course.
