APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders of the Company are referred to the announcement released on SENS on
15 March 2019, wherein shareholders were advised of the resignation of the current company
secretary, Ms Lee-Anne Parenzee, with effect from 30 June 2019.
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise that Ms Nazrana Hawa
("Ms Hawa") has been appointed as company secretary of the Company with effect from
13 August 2019.
The Board welcomes Ms Hawa and looks forward to her contribution to the Company.
