DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL OF TRENCOR SHARES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122 of the
Companies Act 71 of 2008 ("the Act"), shareholders are advised that Coronation Asset
Management (Pty) Ltd, on behalf of Coronation Group on behalf of its clients, has
formally notified the Company that the total beneficial interest held in the Company has
decreased from 25,01% to 23,69%.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required
notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
