NOTICE OF AGM
Shareholders of the Company are hereby advised that the Company has issued a revised
notice of the AGM today, 4 June 2019.
Notice is hereby given that the AGM will be held at 10h00 on Friday, 12 July 2019 at The
Pitot, 1ST Floor, 1 Monte Casino Boulevard, Fourways to transact the business as set out in
the notice of the AGM which forms part of the Annual Report.
The date on which shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register of the
Company to be eligible to vote at the AGM is Friday, 5 July 2019, with the last day to trade
being Tuesday, 2 July 2019.
BEE CERTIFICATE
In accordance with paragraph 16.21(g) and Appendix 1 to Section 11 of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, notice is hereby given that the Company's only operational
subsidiary, Nutritional Foods (Pty) Ltd, annual compliance report in terms of section 13G(2)
of the Act has been published and is available on the Company's website at
www.nholdings.co.za under the heading BBBEE
