Chrometco Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange
News Service ("SENS") of the JSE Limited ("JSE") by Chrometco on Friday, 31 May 2019
regarding the Provisional Unreviewed Condensed Consolidated results for year ended 28
February 2019 ("Provisional Results").
Shareholders are hereby advised that the Provisional Results as presented have been
reviewed by the Company's auditors. A copy of this reviewed report on the provisional
condensed consolidated financial statements is available for inspection at the Company's
registered office, together with the provisional condensed consolidated financial statements
identified in the respective auditor's report.
The directors take full responsibility for the preparation of the reviewed Provisional
Condensed Consolidated Financial Results.
Auditor's Opinion
These provisional condensed consolidated financial statements for the year ended 28
February 2019 have been reviewed by Pierre Conradie of Moore Stephens Cape Town
Incorporated ("MSC"), the Company's auditor, who has expressed an unmodified review
conclusion. The review was conducted in accordance with International Standard on Review
Engagements (IRSE) 2410.
