On 6 March 2019, Vivo Energy plc declared a final dividend in respect of the financial period ended 31
December 2018 of US$0.01252 per share.
The default payment of dividends is in US Dollars. For shareholders who hold their shares through
the London Stock Exchange, and have elected to receive their dividends in GBP Sterling, this
announcement confirms the US Dollar / GBP Sterling exchange rate applicable for the final dividend.
