Management (Pty) Limited (Registration Number: 2008/01814307) ("Steyn Capital"), on behalf
of various clients, has disposed of a beneficial interest in the Company's securities, such that
the total interest in the securities of the Company held by Steyn Capital have decreased to
3.86% of the total issued preference share capital of the Company.
