CLOSING OF THE KHULA SIZWE BLACK PUBLIC OFFER
Further to the announcement of the opening of the Khula Sizwe Black Public Offer, dated 10 April 2019,
and using the terms defined in the Khula Sizwe prospectus issued on 10 April 2019, Barloworld and Khula
Sizwe are pleased to announce that the Khula Sizwe Black Public Offer, which closed on 31 May 2019, was
successful, with the Target Equity Raise oversubscribed.
