Changes to the Board
The board of directors ("the Board") advises that Mr Brett Childs has resigned as the Chief Executive
Officer ("CEO") of the Company and that Mr Peter Saungweme (the current Chief Financial Officer
("CFO")) will assume the role as interim CEO. These changes are effective 5 June 2019.
The JSE Limited has confirmed that Mr Saungweme's dual role of CEO and CFO will be for a period not
exceeding 31 December 2019.
Mr Childs will act in a consulting capacity for the next six months in order to assist with the transition and
conclude specific strategic tasks.
The Board would like to extend its appreciation to Mr Childs, who has played a major role in the
Company's transition over the past two and half years. The Board also wishes Mr Saungweme success
going forward in his capacity as interim CEO.
