TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 ("the Companies Act"), and
Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Anchor has received notification from Capricorn Capital
Partners Investments Proprietary Limited ("Capricorn Capital") of an acquisition by Capricorn Capital
of Anchor shares such that Capricorn Capital now holds 5.03% of Anchor's issued shares.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, Anchor has filed the required notice with
the Takeover Regulation Panel.
