APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise that Ms Dimakatso Sylvia Kutu ("Ms
Kutu") has been appointed as company secretary of the Company with effect from
1 July 2019.
The Board is satisfied that Ms Kutu has the necessary experience and expertise to fulfil the
role of company secretary of the Company.
Ms Kutu will replace Mr Ian Isdale, who acted as the interim company secretary of the
Company pending the appointment of a permanent company secretary, and whose contract
of employment with the Company terminates on 30 June 2019.
