INFORMATION ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION
Shareholders are advised that it was reported at the Annual General Meeting of SA Corporate held on 28 May 2019, that
following receipt of a whistle-blower report on 9 February 2018 relating to allegations against the Company's
management, the SA Corporate Board appointed Advocate J.J. Reyneke SC during March 2018 to investigate the
allegations. The finalisation of the independent investigation has been delayed, mainly due to Advocate Reyneke's other
commitments. It is anticipated that the final report should be received by 22 June 2019. Shareholders will be advised of
further details in regard to the independent investigation thereafter.
