CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that Mr Werner du Preez has been appointed as Indequity's company secretary with effect from
7 June 2019, replacing Mr Werner Schalk de Vries who has resigned as Indequity's company secretary
with effect from 7 June 2019.
Mr du Preez is a qualified CA(SA), CGMA and ACMA.
The board of directors of Indequity would like to thank Mr de Vries for his valuable contribution to the
Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
