DISCLOSURE OF CHANGES IN THE HOLDING OF MONTAUK SHARES
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of
2008, as amended, and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, Montauk shareholders are advised that it received
formal notification on 10 June 2019 that Legae Peresec (Pty) Ltd had
reduced its beneficial interest held in the securities of Montauk to
3.98% through the disposal of ordinary shares in the Company.
