APPOINTMENT OF A DIRECTOR TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SUPER
GROUP
Super Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr David
Ian Cathrall to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive
Director with effect from 01 June 2019.
Mr Cathrall has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and Bachelor of
Accountancy (B.Acc) from the University of the Witwatersrand and
is a member of the South Africa Institute of Chartered
Accountants (CA(SA)). Mr Cathrall was a Senior Partner at EY
until his retirement in 2018 with considerable experience as the
engagement partner on the audits of large listed companies. He
held various positions in EY including being a member of the EY
Executive and Remuneration Committees.
The Board congratulates him on his appointment and wishes him
every success.
