PRIVATE PLACEMENT BY SPEAR
Spear is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed a private placement and has
received commitments to subscribe for R164.7 million of new equity.
In terms of the private placement, a total of 16,814,997 new shares will be issued at a price of
R9.80 per share.
Subject to the approval of the JSE, the listing and issue of the new Spear shares will
commence at 09:00 on Friday, 21 June 2019.
PSG Capital acted as the sole bookrunner in the capital raise.
