In terms of paragraph 3.4 (b) of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Listings Requirements, companies are required to
publish a trading statement as soon as a reasonable degree of certainty exist that the financial results for the
period to be reported on will differ by at least 20% from the previous corresponding period.
A review by management of the financial results for the year ended 28 February 2019 has indicated, with a
reasonable degree of certainty, the following results as compared to the prior period:
