TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS PERIOD ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2019
In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange's Listing Requirements, a listed company
is required to publish a trading statement as soon as it is satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists
that the financial results for the period to be reported upon next will differ, by at least 20%, from those of the
previous corresponding period.
Shareholders are advised that both the loss per share and headline loss per share for the six months ended
28 February 2019 are expected to be (1,21) cents, reflecting a decrease of more than 100% from the earnings
and headline earnings of 1.71 cents per share reported for the six months ended 28 February 2018;
The financial information contained herein has not been reviewed and reported on by the Group's external
auditors.
