The board of directors of SepHold ("the Board") advise shareholders that Mr Justin Pitt has resigned as
the alternate non-executive director to Mr MM Ngoasheng with effect from 13 June 2019.
The Board extends its appreciation to Mr Pitt for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well
in his future endeavours.
