RESIGNATION FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company (?the Board?) wishes to advise that Mr. Ronald Sibongiseni Ntuli
has resigned as a Non-Executive Independent Director and Joint Deputy Chairman as well
as a member of the Audit and risk Committee of the Company due to demands of his other
work commitments. His resignation will take effect on 30 June 2019.
The Board would like to thank Mr. Ntuli for his invaluable contribution to the Company over
the past 13 years.
